The last two weeks we have been loving summer in Salt Lake City! We actually only planned on staying one week, but we were having so much fun we decided to stay another! Most importantly we were there to celebrate Kari and Eric's wedding! Everything was absolutely perfect and they were beaming the entire time! Kari looked so beautiful and we couldn't be more excited about Eric joining the family!

The two weeks we were there we celebrated FOUR birthdays!
First off was Kelly and Shann... They share a birthday and so we did a big birthday lunch!

Keith and I were able to sneak off on a date for my birthday while Aunt Wendy and Nana watched the kiddos...the kids were in heaven!

The best part of my birthday was the surprise "Wicked" performance by the girls! Tayler and Madi worked so hard on the cutest performance I have ever seen...They knew every last word and had the cutest actions! Aunt Cari helped them put together costumes and plan the show! It made my day... BEST birthday present EVER!

Tayler's birthday was on the 24th! She's our big 8 year old now! We went river rafting that morning and had a birthday party that night ( It's a holiday in Utah so Tayler even got to see a few fireworks that night!) Talyer was loving it because Grammy, Papa, Marley, and Miles were also in town!

We got to see lots of friends too! We had an unforgettable night that involved lots of really gross saltines and lots of laughs at Kev and Emily's. You guys are so fun!
SO fun to see Deb and Amber ( who left before we got a picture.) and their new neighborhood! Always great to catch up, even though it never seems like enough time!

SHann and Brad just moved to Provo the same week we were in town so we were able to check out their new place. We even decided to take a walk down memory lane back to the good ole BYU campus! We took the kids bowling at the Wilkenson Center... We were all intimidated by bowling with the "Beast" but Shann Shann showed him who was boss! We showed the girls where they would live at the dorms someday, got Rex a BYU hat, ate icecream at the Creamery and showed all sorts of Cougar pride!

We had such a great trip and loved being with friends and family! Now only a few more days until school starts! Where in the world did this summer go?
