Christmas 2015 wrap up

We left town almost a week before Christmas to head down to Arizona, that meant either one of two things... we were going to have to try to pack the presents down with us on the plane or open them early. I'm sure you can guess what the kids decided to do...open early! and that was fine by me, that sounded much easier! a win-win. So we had a special night a week before Christmas where we celebrated early. It was so great to have Nana and Granddad join us for dinner and opening gifts! One of the highlights of the night (and the entire Christmas season) was watching Keith and Granddad sing "White Christmas" together. This was an old Wilson family Christmas tradition and we were all happy that Granddad was having a good night and amazingly enough he sang right along to the entire song with Keith! It was  precious to witness and really just one of the sweetest things ever!

Before we left town Drew also had his preschool Christmas party where Santa himself paid a visit! Drew was adorable singing Feliz Navidad and soaking up the Christmas excitment! For some reason I became so emotional! All of the preschoolers were belting out the words to Ruldolf the Red Nosed Reindeer while I bawled my eyes out! My emotions got the best of me, I think the thought of my youngest in preschool, in his very last Christmas program was just too much to take.

After we finished with all of our celebrating in Washington we got ourselves to Arizona and enjoyed almost 2 weeks of soaking up family time and warmer weather!
