Read Across America Day

My girls have been so excited about today, in case you didn't know it just happens to be Green Eggs and Ham Day in celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday!!! We went to the library last week and stocked up on good books and the girls have been busy busy filling out their reading logs. Today they were able to dress up as their favorite book character for the parade at school! Kinley choose to dress up as Fancy Nancy and Tayler choose to dress up as one of the Jewel Fairies. Keith, the boys, and I had a great time watching them pass by at the parade! What a great way to get the kids excited about reading!
